Tencent Holdings (700) announced that it will implement a “scrip dividend” plan. Eligible Tencent Holdings (700) shareholders will receive 1 share of Meituan (3690) for every 10 shares held, and the Ex-dividend date is January 5th, 2023.
As the price of Tencent Holdings shares CFD (#HK0700) that ATFX offers is derived from the stock traded in the Hong Kong Exchange, ATFX will follow the “scrip dividend” plan, but we will adopt a Cash adjustment instead of giving Meituan (3690) shares.
