How to Deposit Funds into Your Account

To deposit funds into your ATFX trading account, you need to:

Remark:

Funds will be returned to clients with the same payment methods used to deposit. For example, if a deposit is made by credit card, funds will be returned to the same credit card.
Only the funds used for credit card funding is fully returned before other payment methods can be used for withdrawal.
Deposits are processed instantly in case there is no need for additional verification. ATFX is not liable for any transfer delays you may experience due to a disruption of service in the system of the payment processor.

How to Withdraw Funds from Your Account

Withdrawal of funds is only available to clients who have provided their supporting documents and have had their trading account validated. It means that your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw funds from your ATFX trading account, you need to:

Login to the Client Portal
Click Withdrawal from the Menu
Submit your withdrawal request by filling in the requested information
The requested amount will be deducted from your trading account

REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL

Remark:

Funds will be returned to clients with the same payment methods used to deposit. For example, if a deposit is made by credit card, funds will be returned to the same credit card.
Only the funds used for credit card funding is fully returned before other payment methods can be used for withdrawal.
The first bank wire withdrawal per month is free-of-charge. Then, an administration fee for bank wire withdrawal will be applied. For each internet banking withdrawal amount equal to or less than US$100, US$5 will be charged and fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. If the amount of a single withdrawal is more than US$200, the withdrawal is free-of-charge. Moreover, for the second withdrawal request of the month, a US$40 wire fee will be charged by the Custodian Bank of ATFX.
If there aren’t any trade transactions after the last deposit in the trading account, 5% of the application amount will be charged, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Please confirm that your bank account information submitted is correct so as not to delay the withdrawal application. The withdrawal amount will be credited to your registered bank account.
It takes 1-2 working days for each transaction of a withdrawal application.
